  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery residency program accredited by the ACGME
  • Completion of an Orthopedic Trauma fellowship program
  • Board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) or eligible for certification
  • Texas medical license or willingness to obtain one
