The Orthopedic Surgery Center of Creve Coeur, a prestigious member of the Tenet Physician Resources network, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our thriving, collaborative 7-physician group. This is a rare opportunity to step into an established clinical environment with a predictable schedule, a robust referral base, and zero hospital or ER call responsibilities.
We are looking for a dedicated Hand Surgeon to provide high-quality musculoskeletal care in the desirable St. Louis suburb of Creve Coeur. You will benefit from a highly efficient workflow, supported by a comprehensive suite of on-site services including X-ray, Ultrasound, PT/OT, and DME.
With an Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center located directly next door, your surgical days are streamlined for maximum productivity and patient satisfaction. This position offers a perfect balance between clinical volume and quality of life.
Key Highlights:
- Optimal Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No weekends.
- Practice-Only Call: No hospital or ER call requirements; cover only your own practice patients.
- Structured Schedule: Balanced mix of 3.5 clinic days and 1.5 surgery days per week.
- Patient Volume: Average 70–80 patients per week (approx. 35–40 per full clinic day).
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Hand Surgery Fellowship.
- Post-training experience is preferred, but exceptional new graduates will be considered.
- Ability to obtain (or current) Missouri medical licensure.
