You will join a robust network of over 100 providers, benefiting from a deeply integrated partnership with the regional health system and ownership in a physician-owned orthopedic hospital.

Clinical Workflow & Efficiency:

  • Pure Hand Focus: Dedicated hand surgery volume with optional upper-extremity scope.
  • Surgical Throughput: Access to 2–3 dedicated operating rooms per surgeon with world-class OR efficiency.
  • Support Team: Mid-level support including a dedicated PA, nursing, scribe, and a dedicated Hand Program Director.
  • Specialized Anesthesia: Work alongside an anesthesia team specifically experienced in orthopedic and regional block workflows.
  • Call Schedule: Enjoy a high quality of life with no dedicated hand call.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a Fellowship in Hand Surgery.
  • Board-eligible or Board-certified (ABOS).
  • Open to graduating fellows and early-career surgeons.
  • A desire to participate in a collaborative, high-functioning private practice and a potential interest in clinical research.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $450,000+ starting guarantee.
  • Incentives: Significant productivity-based incentive structures.
  • Clear, transparent path to partnership.
  • Ownership potential in a physician-owned hospital and multiple ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
  • Exceptional work-life balance with up to 60 days of vacation.
  • Full internal research and data collection infrastructure for publishing and outcomes studies.
