Job Summary
Are you a fellowship-trained Total Joint Surgeon looking to step into a high-volume, established practice with a direct path to partnership? Orthocenter, a premier division of RWJBarnabas Health, is seeking a motivated surgeon to join our team in coastal Central New Jersey. With a 50-year legacy of excellence, we provide a turnkey opportunity to inherit immediate case volume while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, physical therapists, and advanced practitioners.
As an Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon at Orthocenter, you will focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. You will be joining a practice that has been a pillar of the community since 1985, known for its patient-centered, team-based approach.
This role is designed for a surgeon who values autonomy and clinical excellence. You will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including on-site imaging and physical therapy, allowing for a seamless patient experience from diagnosis through rehabilitation. With four convenient locations in Red Bank, Morganville, Holmdel, and Eatontown, you will serve a diverse and expansive patient base with a high demand for integrated musculoskeletal care.

Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Residency program.
- Fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Eligible for or currently holds a valid New Jersey medical license.
- Strong clinical and surgical proficiency in primary/revision joints; excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- Base Salary: $350,000 – $450,000 (dependent on experience and background).
