Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) is seeking a skilled and dedicated PRN Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join our outstanding orthopedic team in Temple, Texas. Description

As a PRN Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon at Baylor Scott & White Health, you will step into an award-winning integrated healthcare system equipped with cutting-edge medical technology and a robust patient base. You will diagnose, treat, and manage specialized musculoskeletal conditions, traumatic injuries, and deformities in pediatric patients.

We are looking for a clinician who prioritizes patient outcomes and patient-family satisfaction, actively contributes to a collaborative team environment, and fosters strong professional relationships within our medical community. This position provides an ideal balance of clinical autonomy and institutional support.

 

Requirements

  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas issued by the Texas Medical Board (or eligible to obtain).
  • Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery with a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics, OR actively pursuing board certification as defined by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists.
  • Strong clinical track record, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to quality-driven, evidence-based pediatric care.
