Parkview Health, in an exclusive clinical partnership with Orthopedics NorthEast (ONE), is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon for a lucrative, fully employed inpatient and outpatient position at Parkview Huntington Hospital. Position Description & Practice Specifics

As an Orthopedic Surgeon within this collaborative network, you will provide comprehensive general orthopedic care spanning both inpatient procedures and outpatient clinical management.

  • Structure: 100% employed role with Parkview Health, clinically aligned with Orthopedics NorthEast (ONE).
  • Schedule: Standard Monday through Friday practice hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Clinical Balance: 36 patient contact hours per week across clinic and block OR time.
  • Location & Infrastructure: Based out of a modern, centralized suite (2003 Stults Rd., Huntington, IN) where clinic, imaging, ancillary services, and the hospital are seamlessly co-located for maximum workflow efficiency.
  • Mid-Level Support: You will directly oversee and collaborate with one (1) dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to optimize clinic throughput and post-operative continuity.

 

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited program.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency program.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery (AOBOS).
  • Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Indiana and a valid DEA certification.
