As part of the Orthopedic Institute—a robust network of nearly 200 providers extending from the Lehigh Valley to Scranton, western New Jersey, and Berks County—you will have access to the latest cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art robotics. Academic Engagement & Opportunities
- Resident Mentorship: Actively engage with and train residents across three established and one emerging orthopedic residency programs.
- Faculty Appointments: Academic appointments through Thomas Jefferson University are available and highly encouraged for qualified candidates.
- Fellowship Development: Full institutional support is available to develop a pediatric orthopedic fellowship program when appropriate.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a specialized Fellowship in Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction Surgery.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Exceptional clinical capabilities, a strong commitment to teamwork, and superior interpersonal communication skills.
