Penn State Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our premier medical group in the West Shore region. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding health system while maintaining a community-based practice feel. Based in Enola, PA, you will provide high-quality surgical care and participate in adult orthopedic Level II trauma call, supported by the prestige and resources of a leading academic health enterprise.

As a General Orthopedic Physician with Penn State Health Medical Group, you will step into an established practice with a robust patient base. This role is designed for a surgeon who thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and is committed to clinical excellence.

You will work primarily out of our West Shore facilities, providing comprehensive orthopedic care to a diverse patient population. The position offers a balance of elective general orthopedics and essential trauma coverage at our state-of-the-art Level II trauma hospital. You will have the opportunity to interact with dynamic clinicians and contribute to a culture of innovation and patient-centered care.

 

Requirements

  • Medical degree (M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Must be eligible for a medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Passion for community-based practice with a commitment to high-quality surgical outcomes.
  • Active participation in adult orthopedic Level II trauma call.
