Job Summary
Pinehurst Surgical Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Total Joint Reconstruction and Anterior Hip to join our premier, physician-led multispecialty group. This is an elite opportunity to inherit a thriving patient base within a well-established orthopedic program while working toward full partnership in one of North Carolina’s most prestigious medical communities.
Step into a high-volume practice environment supported by a robust infrastructure. Our orthopedic team consists of 17 physicians and 19 advanced practice providers dedicated to surgical excellence.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy flexibility to balance clinical and personal life).
- Perform surgeries at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital—consistently ranked in the top 5% nationally for patient experience—and the Surgery Center of Pinehurst.
- Take part in our growth as we break ground on a brand-new, dedicated PSC Orthopedic Outpatient Surgery Center in late 2024.
- You will be paired with a dedicated support team, including 1–2 Medical Assistants and a Secretary, ensuring you focus on patient care and surgical outcomes.
- Rotational call coverage among 11 physicians provides a sustainable work-life balance.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited program.
- Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency; Fellowship training in Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction preferred.
- Expertise in Anterior Hip replacement techniques is highly prioritized.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Ability to obtain or currently holding an unrestricted North Carolina medical license.
