Job Summary
Summit Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible, fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join our rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary MSK department. This is a premier opportunity to build a robust clinical practice within a highly collaborative, physician-led environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and surgeon autonomy. Whether you are a seasoned expert or a new graduate, you will be supported by a sophisticated infrastructure designed to let you focus on what you do best: surgery and patient care.
As a Total Joint Surgeon at Summit Health, you will step into a high-volume, patient-centric network that is redefining value-based care. You will provide comprehensive surgical and clinical care, from initial diagnosis through post-operative recovery, utilizing the latest in orthopedic innovation.
You aren’t just joining a clinic; you are joining a connected care community. You will work alongside a dedicated team of Physicians, APPs, RNs, and specialized support staff in a “one-stop” care model that streamlines the patient experience and maximizes surgical efficiency.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive (Total Joint) Surgery.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE).
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to integrated, multidisciplinary patient care.
Compensation & Total Rewards

- Base Salary: $500,000 – $950,000 (commensurate with experience).
