Job Summary
UCHealth Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic, fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-producing team in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time opportunity to step into a robust clinical environment with an established referral base, state-of-the-art technology, and a mission-driven team dedicated to world-class patient care in one of the fastest-growing communities in the U.S.
Step into a high-functioning practice comprising 15 Orthopedic physicians, including two established total joint surgeons and four orthopedic traumatologists. As a surgeon at UCHealth Eastview Medical Center, you will have access to:

Requirements
- Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Training: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Replacement.
- Certification: Board-certified or Board-eligible (BC/BE).
- Attributes: Enthusiasm for a full-time surgical practice and a commitment to excellent patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: Competitive range of $732,000 – $813,000.
- Incentives: Potential quality and/or productivity bonuses.
