UCHealth Medical Group and the UCHealth Parkview Orthopedic team are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an elite, physician-led group in Pueblo, Colorado. As a General Orthopedic Surgeon at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center, you will join a well-established team consisting of seven experienced surgeons and nine advanced practice providers. This role is designed for a surgeon who thrives in an efficient, high-output setting.
Practice Highlights:
- 50% Clinic and 50% OR with dedicated block time.
- Work within a dedicated orthopedic hospital featuring experienced, consistent OR teams and specialized orthopedic operating rooms.
- Access to mini C-arms, robotics, and cutting-edge arthroscopy equipment.
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide; in-house X-rays with dedicated technologists.
- Case Mix: 80% Outpatient / 20% Inpatient.
- Enjoy a light call rotation supported by a dedicated orthopedic trauma team.

Pueblo, Colorado Located along the Rocky Mountain Front Range, Pueblo offers an incredible quality of life with a lower cost of living than Denver, 300+ days of sunshine, and immediate access to world-class outdoor recreation, including hiking, boating at Lake Pueblo State Park, and nearby skiing.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Proficiency in general orthopedic procedures; interest in a high-volume surgical environment.
- Visa Support: We are able to support visa candidates for this position.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $620,000 – $688,000.
- Bonuses: Eligibility for quality and/or productivity-based incentives.
