Founder’s note

Built for surgeons, by a surgeon.

Thank you for being here. I’m Drew Albert MD MBA, a fellowship-trained spine surgeon focused on ultra-minimally invasive care, mentorship, and building tools that make orthopedic and spine careers clearer.

I started Ortho & Spine Jobs because the search for a practice—and for excellent surgeons—should not feel like noise. Most boards mix APP listings, stale posts, and generic scrapes. This board keeps the focus on surgeon-level orthopedic and spine opportunities, then surrounds that with alerts, intake support, and anonymous compensation benchmarks.

Outside of surgery and building, I’m a father of two. My wife and family enjoy hiking together. I love learning, weight lifting, and playing violin and guitar.
