Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists (NWOS) is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Hand and Wrist Surgeon to join our premier, independent 24-physician group in Spokane, WA. This role offers a unique “choose your own adventure” workflow. Whether you want to maximize your income through high-volume surgery or prioritize family time with a flexible schedule, our physician-owned model supports your individual goals. You will have access to two state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), in-house MRI, PT/OT, and DME, ensuring your patients receive seamless, top-tier care.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MD/DO).
  • Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a Fellowship in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Washington.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated Earnings: $400,000 – $900,000+ (Based on production, call stipends, and performance).
  • Hand Call Stipend: Generous $2,500 per day for regional hand call.
