Job Summary

Ortho Northeast (ONE), a premier regional leader in musculoskeletal care for over 60 years, is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified (BE/BC) Orthopedic Surgeon to join our established practice in Bryan, Ohio. This is a high-volume opportunity for a surgeon looking to balance clinical excellence with a collaborative, private-practice environment. You will step into a thriving patient base, supported by an advanced practice provider and a legacy of surgical excellence.

As an Orthopedic Surgeon at ONE, you will manage a robust caseload consisting of general orthopedic concerns, fractures, and joint replacements. This role offers a balanced professional lifestyle with 60% clinic-based work and 40% hospital-based surgical intervention.

  • Patient Volume: Anticipated 120 patients per week.
  • Surgical Volume: 10–15 procedures per week (Hardware removal, mass/cyst removal, trigger finger release, I&D, and revisions).
  • Call Schedule: 1:3 (Light; telephone-only).
  • Facilities: Collaboration with a non-Parkview hospital conveniently located directly across from the clinic.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO).
  • Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency; Fellowship training preferred.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Active (or eligible for) Ohio State Medical License.
  • Open to experienced surgeons, current fellows, or those entering the workforce post-fellowship.
