Sports Medicine Surgeon

Practice Overview
- Join a well-established, physician-owned orthopedic practice that has become a trusted pillar of the Central Wisconsin community
- Build a busy sports medicine practice with immediate referrals and a broad mix of shoulder, knee, and hip arthroscopy
- Work alongside experienced orthopedic subspecialists with access to an onsite MRI, physical therapy, walk-in clinic, and physician-owned ASC
- Partnership available after your first year with a low buy-in and long-term ownership opportunities
Schedule
- Consistent surgical schedule with approximately 5-8 sports medicine cases each week
- Operate in both the physician-owned ASC and hospital based on case complexity
- Efficient clinic and OR workflow supported by experienced staff
- Flexibility to grow and shape your practice over time
Compensation & Benefits
- Approximately $750,000 in first-year earnings
- Partnership track after Year 1 with realistic earning potential of $1.2M+ annually
- Ancillary income opportunities through ownership in the surgery center, therapy services, and practice operations
- 100% employer-paid health insurance, 401(k) with a 10% employer match, malpractice with tail coverage, PTO, holidays, CME allowance, and sign-on bonus
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training or experience in Sports Medicine
- Comfortable performing arthroscopic shoulder, knee, and hip procedures, including ACL reconstruction and labral repairs
- Interested in joining a physician-led private practice with a long-term ownership mindset
