Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution; completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency.
• Successful completion of an explicit Fellowship in Total Joint Arthroplasty (Adult Reconstructive Surgery).
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (BC/BE) by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS).
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Iowa.
