The Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) is seeking a fellowship-trained total joint surgeon to join our esteemed team. Located in northern Colorado, we are the largest
independent, orthopedic practice serving patients from Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and
beyond. Given our exceptional quality of practice, high standards for patient care, strong

With 3,200+ total joint surgeries performed annually, this position offers an exceptional
opportunity for a motivated surgeon to build a thriving total joint practice in our North Denver Market of Longmont, Westminster, and Lafayette. The role will be focused on developing a primary joint practice but must be able to do anterior hips and hip/knee revisions. Trauma call is required but has a dedicated trauma team to support our elective surgeons. Surgical procedures will be performed in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings, including the OCR Longmont Ambulatory Surgery Center.


The ideal candidate would have one-to-five years experience but would consider a highly
motivated fellowship-trained graduate with great references! OCR offers a partnership track and a practice environment second to none!

Total Joint Surgeon Responsibilities & Expectations:
• Provide comprehensive evaluation and surgical treatment for patients requiring primary
and revision total hip and knee replacement procedures.
• Develop and grow a high-quality adult reconstructive practice while delivering
exceptional patient-centered care.
• Perform surgical procedures in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings,
including the Longmont Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Participate in all aspects of patient care, including outpatient consultations, pre-operative
planning, surgery, post-operative follow-up, and long-term management.
• Trauma call is required, but OCR has a dedicated trauma team to support our elective
surgeons.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation while adhering to organizational
policies and quality standards.
• Contribute to OCR's commitment to clinical excellence, evidence-based medicine, and
continuous quality improvement.
• Build strong referral relationships with primary care providers and regional healthcare
partners throughout Northern Colorado and surrounding communities.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities as determined by the department.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful, and professional environment that reflects the values of
a physician-owned practice.
