Job Summary:
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical School is presently recruiting for two surgical faculty physicians to join the Orthopaedic Surgery Arthroplasty team to practice at the new Frances and Kenneth Eisenberg Troy Center for Specialty Care (TCSC) scheduled to open May 2027 in Troy, MI.
The Frances and Kenneth Eisenberg Troy Center for Specialty Care (TCSC) is a four-story specialty ambulatory facility scheduled to open in May 2027. TCSC is designed to deliver comprehensive, high-acuity outpatient care across musculoskeletal and sports medicine and other select specialties, supported by robust ancillary and diagnostic services. The center will include an on-site surgery center along with extended-stay capability, infusion services, pharmacy, and advanced in-clinic imaging.
The Troy medical campus also includes the Sidney and Madeline Forbes Advanced Imaging Center (TAIC), a two-story facility anticipated to open in Fall 2027. TAIC will offer a full spectrum of advanced imaging modalities, including MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and more. TCSC and TAIC will provide physicians the opportunity to practice in a high-efficiency environment with integrated specialty, procedural, and imaging services.
Opportunities to develop an elective subspecialty practice related to orthopaedic arthroplasty abound.
The ideal candidate will be Fellowship trained with an interest in developing a prolific arthroplasty practice.
